Dear District RYLA Chair Magdalena Iorga,

Under the leadership of District Governor Deepak Agrawal, R I District 3060 is organizing the first ever International RYLA. This International RYLA is scheduled to be held from 28th Dec. 2011 to 30th Dec. 2011 at Asia Plateau, located in Panchgani, Maharashtra. Asia Plateau is owned by Initiatives of Change (IofC), earlier known as Moral Re-Armament (MRA), and has been called a centre for inspiration and dialogue.

We all are experiencing a welcome change in Rotary this year under the dynamic leadership of RIP Kalyan Banerjee. In tune with this wind of change, we have also decided this International RYLA’s theme as “Change the Tide - Discover a Leader in You”. Major features of this International RYLA include:

- RIP Kalyan Banerjee’s key note address

- Iconic speakers representing different walks of society viz. Entrepreneur, Academician, Social Activist, Media Celebrity, Environmentalist, Young Politician

- An amazing blend of classroom and outbound training tools for leadership development
